Server Data

For technical reasons, the data transmitted by your Internet browser to us or to our web space provider include the following (server logfiles):

  • Website used to visit us (referrer URL)
  • Website you are visiting
  • Operating system used
  • Browser type and version
  • Date and time of your access
  • Your Internet Protocol (IP) Address

These anonymous data are stored separately from any personal data you may have given and can therefore not be retraced to a certain person. They will be evaluated for statistical purposes to optimise our Internet performance and offers.

On our website, we use cookies to help the website analyse multiple use of our offer by the same user/Internet subscriber. Cookies are small text files placed and saved on your computer by the Internet browser. Their purpose is to optimise our Internet performance and our offers. They are “session cookies” that will be deleted again following your visit of the website. Some cookies generate information about your use of the website to help recognise you automatically. This recognition is based on the IP address stored in the cookies. The information thus obtained is used to optimise our offers and to allow you easier access to our website. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly, but we must point out that you will not be able to use all functions of our website if you elect to do so.

Our website gives you the option to contact us by e-mail and/or by filling in a contact form. In this case, the data given by the user will be saved for processing his making contact. Use of GOOGLE ANALYTICS with anonymization function

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, “Google”. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyse how you use the site. The information generated by these cookies, for example time, place and frequency of your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google in the United States. On our website, we use Google-Analytics with the extension “_gat._anonymizeIp”. In this case, your IP address is abbreviated by Google already within the member states of the European Union or other countries party to the agreement on the European Economic Zone, thus anonymizing it. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of that website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services to the website operator in conjunction with use of the website and the Internet. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly, but we must point out that you will not be able to use all functions of our website if you elect to do so. Moreover, Google offers a deactivation add-on for the most common browsers that will give more control about which data will be collected by Google about the website that you are visiting. The add-on tells the JavaScript (ga.js) from Google Analytics that no information on your website visit shall be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, the browser deactivation add-on from Google Analytics does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to web analytics services we may use. For more information on the installation of the browser add-on, please visit the following link: How to install the Browser Add-On
